摘要Abstract:

在這個演講, 我將從透過基本的Gaussian integrtal來介紹量子化及半經典極限的基本精神, 然後我會透過介紹Witten的古典Morse theorem的 純解析證明來告訴聽眾如何利用量子化的想法來處理幾何問題。
In this talk, I’ll start with the Gaussian integral to introduce the key ideas of quantization and the semiclassical limit. Then, through Witten’s analytic proof of the classical Morse theorem, I’ll show how quantization can provide useful tools for understanding geometric problems.
